Who We Are

Haltex is a workshop management system used by Ramah General Contracting & Transport L.L.C. to receive vehicle reports through WhatsApp, create workshop tickets, coordinate repair work, and keep operational records.

Information We Collect

We may collect information provided through WhatsApp or the Haltex application, including name, phone number, preferred language, vehicle details, plate numbers, messages, photos, voice notes, location shared by the sender, ticket notes, repair status, parts information, and account details for authorized workshop users.

We also collect technical records such as webhook logs, message delivery status, timestamps, authentication events, and error logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to receive driver reports, create and manage workshop tickets, contact drivers about their reports, assign work to mechanics, produce job cards, maintain vehicle service history, monitor workshop performance, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and comply with operational or legal requirements.

AI Processing

Haltex may use AI services to summarize reports, analyze images, transcribe or understand voice notes, suggest likely causes, estimate severity, and draft recommended checks. AI output is used as decision support only; workshop managers remain responsible for final decisions.

Sharing And Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with authorized company personnel and service providers needed to run Haltex, such as WhatsApp/Meta messaging services, hosting, database and file storage providers, email or notification providers, and AI processing providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety, or to investigate misuse of the service.

Data Retention

We retain workshop records for as long as needed for repair history, fleet operations, audit, safety, accounting, legal, and business continuity purposes. Some records may be retained even after a deletion request when retention is legally required or necessary for legitimate operational records.

Security
