How To Request Deletion

To request deletion of personal information held by Haltex, email info@haltex.net with the subject line Haltex data deletion request.

What To Include

Please include enough information for us to find and verify your records:

• Your full name.
• Your WhatsApp phone number, including country code.
• Your company or site, if applicable.
• The vehicle plate number or ticket number, if known.
• A short statement confirming that you want your personal information deleted.

What Happens Next

We will review the request, verify that the requester is authorized, and confirm the result by email or WhatsApp where appropriate. We aim to respond within 7 business days and complete valid deletion requests within 30 days where possible.

Records We May Need To Keep

Some workshop, safety, accounting, legal, or audit records may need to be retained even after a deletion request. When retention is required, we will limit continued use of the retained information to those purposes.
